Looking For Roads To Drive Enthusiastically

I live in a VERY small city. I mean, I don't think 20 miles pass between the start of downtown, to the end of the city where the highway starts.

This is downtown:

This is its location on the map

As you can see, downtown is besides a water area, and the whole city is surrounded by water. Heading up north, there is the main avenue, which is always filled with other cars, abusive public transport, and idiotically brave pedestrians.

This is the main avenue area where the city stops and all the industrial area begins. It is about 7 miles away from my house, and is where my girlfriends house is. Her neighbourhood is to the left, and from my house to her house I have achieved a record time of 11 minutes. Mind you this was at 7 AM sunday morning going to a race.

PETROMEX is all a big refinery, but right in the middle of these two places there is a beautiful 2 lane highway on top of the Panuco River.

That nice bright yellow line to the outer left side is called "Maxilibramiento", and just starting you can see a nice long straight. Then, some big sweepers that then end up in a nice curve. That curve goes very very near my girlfriends house, and it is the quickest way to move around town.

2 Issues with this place:

- I have to pay a toll to use it

- It is FILLED with traffic, so if I want to try any enthusiastic driving, it better be early.

Then, there is my other favourite place of them all to drive, and where I achieved the current highest top speed in my Golf with my Girlfriend (She tempted me to do it!).

The outermost road to the right is the most beautiful around my area. It is besides the beach, big flat areas around, 4 Lanes, NO cops, almost no traffic. It is driving bliss, and surprisingly it also ends up very very near my Girlfriends house. The intersection you see above the Pin point leads to the main highway to Texas, which I plan later on driving for a while. Issue is, I cant just go and search for roads because of the insecurity. It is a risk going there in late hours, so I have to always be careful, but most importantly enjoy the drive.

If any of you want to see sort of my town its called Tampico in the state of Tamaulipas. I love living there, and am very proud of being born in it.

Its actually very nice, but very compact. Trucks barely fit on the lanes.
